Shipping Terms and Conditions

At the time of purchase, we will only ship to the verified billing address of your credit card or your paypal confirmed and verified address.  We will not ship to any alternative address for security reasons.  We will not accept any forwarding of packages to other addresses and you must be available at the billing address to sign for your package.

Delivery Types & Costs

Calculate Your Delivery Charges Online! Did you know the Merkamerica’s website can calculate your delivery costs online? Just proceed to checkout to see the delivery charges for the items currently in your shopping cart. Our site calculates actual delivery fees based on destination, so you need to plug-in your zip code for us to generate the freight amount. Note: These are the fees that are charged for orders placed online. 

Same-Day Service

We aim to impress you with our fast and accurate service. If your Web order is received by 4 p.m. P.T. and is in stock, we will make sure delivery starts that same day! And, if you request any type of express delivery service through Fedex or USPS, you receive same-day service, right up until 5 p.m. on in stock items. Same-day guarantee applies to Fedex and USPS deliveries only and does not include orders received during weekend or holiday hours.

Our default delivery service is Fedex Surface, Los Angeles, CA. See the map below for approximate delivery times in the United States.

Delivery & Insurance Charges

All orders will be billed actual delivery charges, including those not deliverable by UPS Surface (to such addresses as APO, FPO and P.O. Box) and orders containing items subject to delivery restrictions. Items too large for UPS Surface delivery are delivered by truck, Freight Collect, within 24 hours of ordering. Please ask our Technical Sales Representative for an estimate of your delivery charges. 

Next-Day Delivery

Need your equipment tomorrow? Simply select one of our expedited delivery options during checkout, and we'll take care of it. Remember, orders submitted after 4 p.m. on business days and orders submitted on weekends and holidays are delivered on the next business day. The orders are subject to in-stock availability and payment verification. Some restrictions apply, such as for oversized and hazardous items. Indicate in the Order Notes during checkout if you have any special concerns or questions about your delivery. We will contact you promptly.

International Delivery

You may choose USPS Priority, USPS Express, Fedex Express.

Rest of the World

Our international delivery by default is Fedex Express with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.  This is our Fastest and Most used option.  This option takes between 2-4 days for delivery.  We also accept Fedex Next Day for your shipping option.  This option takes between 1-3 days on average.  Customs and VAT fees are not included.  If you have questions on customs or the processes, please email sales@merkamericaco.com.
