International Ordering

We here at Merkamerica welcome international ordering.  We have a long outstanding history with our international community and can provide references upon ordering.  But with shipping overseas, you must go through a risk check process before approving your order.  This is for both your and our security and safety.  As a part of this check, you may be asked to provide one or all of the following. 

• 1. State Id or Passport.
• 2. Copy of Credit Card used, front and back.
• 3. Copy of Utility Bill of your residence, with your name on it.

Please be prepared to confirm these documents when paying via Visa/Mastercard/Discovercard.  When you submit an international order online, your card is authorized, but not immediately charged.  It will be only charged after our risk management staff verifies these documents.  If you are unable or unavailable to verify these documents, your order will automatically be canceled within 7 days of purchase.

PayPal

We accept PayPal payments from confirmed addresses.  If you cannot confirm your address in the PayPal system, please contact us to arrange for document sharing as stated above.  Sales@MerkAmericaCo.com.

Bank Transfers

If you are unable to provide the information above, we offer the option of making a bank transfer or wire transfer.  With these options we do not charge fees and we do not ask for any identification.  You order will be shipped after the bank transfer is confirmed in our corporate account, or the wire transfer is collected.  Please use the checkout for bank transfer when ordering, and then provide us with the details of your order payment at Sales@MerkAmericaCo.com.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER FOR A BANK TRANSFER, AND YOU CONFIRM PAYMENT.  IF YOU FAIL TO MAKE PAYMENT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM ANY FUTURE PURCHASES FROM THE SITE.  WE MUST HOLD YOUR PRODUCT WHILE WE AWAIT BANK TRANSFER TO PROCEED, SO ORDER CANCELATIONS OR NON PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSTION OF FUTURE ORDERS FROM THE MERKAEMRICACO.COM SITE.  THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

Customs Fees

Each customer is responsible for understanding their own countries customs fees. We do not charge customs fees here at Merkamerica. If you have any questions, please send them to sales@merkamericaco.com.
