Superior Customer Service!!! I just wanted to take time out to say that I placed the order on 12/03/08 on the East Coast around 7:30 ish that morning and to my sheer amazement, it seemed as if the laptop arrived the same evening! Prior to their arrival during the day I'd also gotten an e-mail from customer service stating that they'd given my order an upgrade of priority status. I just wanted to also thank the customer service rep for her patience and hospitality of excellent customer service.

Excellent - I truly enjoy shopping through Merkamerica.com. They are so accommodating and speedy with their deliveries. Their free shipping makes it easy to shop with them. I do all my shopping with Merkamerica.com. The only negative comment would be listening to their lingo if you need to actually talk to someone (recordings), but very seldom do you need to call them.

Pleasant surprise! I love my new Computer! I had been looking all over town for a new one this season but couldn't find any. It occurred to me to look online. I called in my order and it was later in the evening. The salesman at the other end couldn't have been nicer. We did the order easily and quickly and would you believe they came the very next day??!!!!! Perfect specs. What incredible service! I'd do it again and again and have already spread the good word. On Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving I ordered a computer for my son, I had received my previous order and they worked great!!! The phone was answered and my order was here Friday AM. Finding the shoes was amazing, but the service was unbelievable in this era. THANK YOU FOLKS!!!!!

I absolutely love Merkamericaco.com!!! Everything that I have ever ordered is delivered quickly and when I ever have an issue, which is rare, the customer service representatives are so very nice and helpful!! This order was no different. I ordered this computer for my dad, and we received it about 36 hours later. There is no other website that I know of that offers such great service! I'm a huge fan of Merkamericaco.com and I will continue using them for the rest of my life!!!

What a totally pleasant surprise - It is very common in this internet shopping world to be disappointed with an order, but Merkamerica has not only delivered what they promised, they "delighted the customer." I placed my order at about 2:30 in the afternoon (11:30 pacific time) with no special shipping requests and they were here at 10:00am the following morning. I did not pay any extra for shipping, actually shipping was free, and the product that arrived was exactly what I ordered. Merkamerica has a customer for life. What a pleasant surprise!!

Great Service - This was the first time that I had purchased from Merkamerica and I was a little hesitant about placing an order because it would have to be sent to an APO address, which is overseas. I have had bad experiences being stationed overseas and never receiving my order or it would take weeks to get it. I have to honestly say that I received my order in a week and the laptop is awesome. I am happy with my order and the product.
